# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • This is the drink you hand friends when you want to show off something surprisingly simple but instantly impressive.
  • Every batch fills the kitchen with that distinct, tropical scent that makes ordinary days feel like vacation.
02 -
  • Once, I rushed with room temp coconut milk and ended up with a lukewarm drink—always chill your ingredients first.
  • Letting the cooler sit too long dulls the flavors, so blend just before serving for the freshest taste.
03 -
  • Full-fat coconut milk makes a silkier, richer cooler that’s worth the extra calories.
  • If you spot a little separation after standing, a quick stir brings everything together like new.
