# What You'll Need:

# Method:

01 - Combine diced chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Chop the cucumber into dice, slice the red bell pepper into strips, halve the cherry tomatoes, shred the red cabbage, and slice the avocado.
04 - Place avocado, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
