Fresh strawberries, pineapple, grapes, and kiwi in zesty honey-lime dressing. A colorful, refreshing dish for spring celebrations.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fresh Fruits

01 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 cup pineapple, diced
03 - 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
04 - 1 cup blueberries
05 - 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
06 - 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained

→ Dressing

07 - 2 tablespoons honey
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
09 - 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
10 - 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

→ Garnish

11 - 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

# Method:

01 - Place strawberries, pineapple, grapes, blueberries, kiwi slices, and mandarin orange segments in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, grated lime zest, and poppy seeds in a small bowl until fully incorporated.
03 - Drizzle the prepared dressing evenly over the fruit. Gently fold with a spatula until all pieces are lightly coated.
04 - Sprinkle chopped mint leaves over the top just before serving to preserve color and aroma.
05 - Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld, or serve immediately for a fresher, crisper texture.

# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • It makes you look like you put in way more effort than you actually did
  • The honey-lime dressing somehow makes every fruit taste better than it does on its own
02 -
  • The fruit releases liquid as it sits, so if you're making this ahead, don't add the mint until right before serving
  • Adding bananas is tempting but they'll brown and get mushy, save them for something else
03 -
  • Use a glass or ceramic bowl rather than metal, which can sometimes react with the citrus and give a metallic taste
  • If the fruit isn't very sweet, add an extra teaspoon of honey before serving
